Wow it has been a fair while since I posted on here. Lets see, parents returned from China and Hong Kong to a quiet home. So things in the house are somewhat back to normal, starting with their typical Chinese Opera friends gathering to plan yet another new show. I will have no part in this of course since I’m not a fan of Chinese Opera, as many would realize.
Worked on few shows, ranging from Fringe, to Psych locally, and some strange upcoming film called “Dancing Ninja” that is supposedly the sequel to Beverly Hills Ninja featuring the late Chris Farley. You’d think that they would learn once, but apparently its financed by Korean investors, with some kid from one of those High School Musical movies. Big seller eh?
The set was freezing cold and was filmed in the same large barn-facility that the late Flash Gordon series was also filmed. Most embarrassing was when the Stunt guys who were present were conscripted into a shameful dance routine. They’re stunt performers, not ballet artists….
But anyways after a nice late call to Fringe yesterday that lasted 15 hours I think I am happy to have slept in to almost 3:00pm today. Considering I arrived home at 6:00am I think I got enough rest….just.
Things were getting bad on the way home, fighting fatique from sitting in the car starring out into the road. I must have cranked the music and my voice so high to keep awake. Never again!
